The support provided by the Information Systems Bureau in facilitating technical infrastructure management and end-user support is essential for the Public Regulation Commission’s achievement of its Mission.

The Information Systems Bureau (ISB) strives to make useful technology available to the Public Regulation Commission and to the public and corporate interests it serves through:

• diligent project management
• courteous and responsive customer support
• the understanding and implementation of cutting edge technology

The Information Systems Bureau supports the continuously evolving network infrastructure through application(s) support, end user support and training. The Bureau must also maintain a high-level of security to assure PRC data integrity.
