NOTICE REGARDING AUGUST 9, 2021 PUBLIC COMMENT AND EVIDENTIARY HEARINGS IN PNM-AVANGRID MERGER PROCEEDING, CASE NO. 20-00222-UT

The Public Comment Hearing in this matter will be held on August 9, 2021, starting at 9:00 a.m. Interested persons, who are not affiliated with a party to the case, may make oral comment for a maximum of three minutes. Persons wishing to make oral comment must register in advance via email with Ana Kippenbrock at Ana.Kippenbrock@state.nm.us starting today but no later than 8:30 a.m. on August 9, 2021. At any time during the pendency of this matter, interested persons can also submit public comments in writing via email at prc.records@state.nm.us.

The formal evidentiary hearings in this matter will be held beginning August 11, 2021, starting at 9:00 a.m., and continuing thereafter as necessary. Public comment will not be taken during the evidentiary hearings.

The public comment and evidentiary hearings will be streamed live on YouTube, and the links will appear under the Public Hearings tab of this website.

A LINK TO THE LIVESTREAM WILL BE POSTED ON THE PUBLIC HEARINGS PAGE SEVERAL MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF EACH DAY OF THE HEARINGS.

We strongly suggest that consumers first discuss the issue with the company to come to a resolution. If the situation cannot be resolved, then we will mediate on your behalf with the company to provide assistance.
