A hearing on the joint application of AV Water Co., LLC and New Mexico Water Service Company for the Several Approvals and Authorizations Required in Connection with the Acquisition of AV Water Co., LLC’s Assets by New Mexico Water Service Company will be held in front of hearing examiner Russell Fisk on Thursday December 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and may run through Friday December 17, 2021 if needed. This hearing is currently being planned to be held via Zoom but may be changed to an in-person venue if circumstances allow.

Public comment will be taken at the beginning of the hearing on December 16, 2021. Any person who wishes to provide public comment must request a Zoom invitation by emailing Isaac.Sullivan-Leshin@state.nm.us by no later than 5:00 p.m. MT on December 14, 2021. Public comments shall be limited to 3 minutes per speaker. Pursuant to 220.127.116.11(F) NMAC public comment shall not be considered as evidence in this case. Public comment concerning this matter may also be made at any weekly open meeting of the Commission, regularly scheduled each Wednesday.
